Breakfast
Chocolate Pancakes
Makes 6 servings (pancakes 3-4 "each)
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups pancake mix
1 ½ cups milk with low fat chocolate>
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter diet
1 tablespoon of semisweet chocolate chips
   Cooking spray
PREPARATION:
Heat a skillet over medium-low
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well. Add the chips and mix lightly
Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake into skillet lightly sprayed with cooking spray
Flip pancakes with bubble when the bases are golden
Serve with a side of fresh fruit to increase the nutritional value (bananas, strawberries and raspberries go well with chocolate)

         Lunch:

Salad Cesar Of Turkey
INGREDIENTS:
> 1 Tray Chopped Turkey Breast
> 1 Unit Medium Endive Lettuce
> 2 Eggs Hard Drives
> 2 Units croutons (fried bread into cubes)
> 1/2 kg. Goat Cheese or Queso Fresco
> 1 Unit Tomatoes
> 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
> 1 1/2 cup lemon juice
> 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
> 2 tsp. mustard
> A Taste Pepper
> Unit 1 clove garlic, minced
> 1 tsp. sugar
> 1 tsp. salt
PREPARATION:
Cook the turkey tray for 20 min., Cool in a bowl and add the chopped lettuce, quartered eggs, chopped cheese, croutons, tomatoes cut into quarters, prepare the dressing with olive oil, the lemon, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and one clove of garlic and mix all ingredients to incorporate well.

Empanadas NapolitanasDiner:
Neapolitan pies
INGREDIENTS:

> 12 units Empanadas dough discs
> 300 gr. Grated cheese Gauda
> 200 g ground turkey ham into strips
> 100 g ground turkey sausage
> 1 diced tomato Unit
> Necessary Amount Oregano
> Quantity Needed Salt and Pepper
> 1 Unit eggs
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine the cheese gouda with turkey ham, tomato, chopped sausage and season with a little salt and pepper oregano.
Fill pie disks moisten the edges with water and close the empanadas making the hem. Brush with egg and bake in hot oven on oiled plate until crust is golden brown.
